100% Copper Exhaust Gasket Header Rings For Z500 KZ500 Z550 KZ550 LTD – Single F40

Description

This is a brand new, single 100% copper exhaust gasket – also called header rings or flange gaskets – designed for Kawasaki Z500, KZ500, Z550, and KZ550 LTD models.
It's the exhaust gasket that goes between the header pipe and the cylinder head, making sure exhaust gases don't leak out and mess with your backpressure or make that annoying puffing sound.

It's made of pure copper, which is great because copper crushes evenly and seals perfectly, plus it handles high heat without burning out.
This particular one is a front-mounted gasket, and it's a classic part – perfect for vintage bike restorations or routine maintenance.

The country of origin is Taiwan, so it's good quality but not crazy expensive.

Mr. Gasket 7160 Copper Exhaust Gasket Set

It's not a universal fit – this one is specifically for those KZ/Z models, so double-check your bike.
Comes with a 3-month seller warranty for peace of mind.
If your bike is popping on deceleration, leaking black soot around the header, or just sounding rough, this gasket is often the fix.
Installation is super easy – just remove the header bolts, pull out the old crushed gasket, pop this copper ring in, and retorque.
No sealant needed because copper does its own job.
One gasket per pack, so if you have a four-cylinder, you'll need four of these.
Great for dual-sport, street, or off-road motorcycles.
No performance gains, but it restores stock performance and stops leaks.
Perfect for DIY guys who like to tinker.
