This is a used OEM Honda door latch assembly for the left rear door (driver side) on 1994-1997 Accord 4-door sedans, including the wagon/5-door variants.
Also fits LX, EX, and V6 trims.
It comes with the power lock actuator motor built in, so you get the latch and the locking mechanism all in one piece.
Tested and works fine – normal wear from mileage, but in good condition overall.
The manufacturer part number is 72650-SV1-013, and it's a direct replacement, so bolts right in without any modifications.
