Fits the 2005 through 2009 Trailblazer and Envoy (and some other GMT360 trucks).
It's a direct replacement – just remove the steering wheel, unplug the old one, and plug this in.
These are expensive new, so a used OEM part is a great budget-friendly option.
If your Envoy or Trailblazer has airbag lights on, horn not working, or the steering wheel buttons are dead, the spiral cable (also called clock spring) is likely shot.
