This unbranded replacement regulator is a direct-fit piece that bolts right onto your fuel rail (or fuel line – it's front-mounted).
The main OEM number it replaces is 22670-72P10, but it also crosses with 22670-72P1A, 1580306, 5G1291, PR4108, PR481, 89054392, and 5G1257PR484 – so it covers a lot of ground.
