Got a Yamaha Grizzly 660 from 2002 to 2008?
This Stage 1 jet kit is exactly what you need to dial in your carb for better throttle response and overall performance.
It comes with four main jets – 170, 175, 180, and 190 – so you can fine-tune based on your altitude, exhaust setup, or air filter mods.
Made in the USA, so you’re getting quality brass jets that flow consistently.
This is a basic Stage 1 kit, which means it’s perfect for near-stock machines with minor bolt-ons – think an aftermarket slip-on muffler or a less restrictive air filter.

The jets are genuine Yamaha-compatible pieces – brand is Yamaha, but they’re sold as a kit under part number 8801139419396s.
They fit the stock carb body directly, no adapters or modifications needed.

Start with the 180 and work your way up or down depending on plug color and seat-of-the-pants feel.
Good for both the Grizzly 660 4x4 and the 2WD models.

No more backfiring or hesitation – just smooth power all the way through the rev range.
If you’re into wrenching on your own quad, this is a fun Saturday project with big payoff.
